Knitting Classes

Our experienced knitters teach students of all ages how to loom knit!

Our Aim With The Classes:

Our aim with classes is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn the art of knitting while also staying informed about the current events. These knitting classes are held on a weekly basis and students have the option to sign up for trimesters at a time. We offer a range of classes tailored to different age groups, including kindergarten to 3rd grade, 2nd to 3rd grade, 4th grade, 4th to 6th grade, 7th to 8th grade, and high school. The main objective of these classes is to teach students how to knit hats while also educating them about ongoing current events, such as the migrant crisis. By doing so, we aim to empower students to utilize their newly acquired knitting skills to make and donate hats to those affected by the crisis, if they choose to do so.
